The College of St. Scholastica

Annie (Drache) Hyopponen enters her seventh season as an assistant on the St. Scholastica men’s and women’s cross country staff in 2022.
 
The Roseville, Minnesota native ran cross country for the Saints from 2007-11 and also took part in track & field. She ran at the region championship for CSS in 2008 and 2011.
 
Hyopponen, then Drache, graduated from St. Scholastica in 2011 with a degree in Nursing. She married her husband David in 2017.
