Sarah Hart

Hart comes from Thomas More University, a newly transitioned division II school based out of Crestview Hills, Kentucky, where she was an assistant coach for the past two seasons. In the 2022-2023, the Saints were the NAIA National Champion Runner Up. She led guards in position work, finishing, shooting, individual workouts, and assisted in scouting and camps, and planned team community service & special game day events. Before Thomas More, Hart spent a year as a high school assistant coach in Batavia, Ohio.

She began her collegiate playing career at St. Bonaventure, a division I school in New York where she started in 25 games for the Bonnies. Than she was as a three year member of the Eagles women's basketball program at division II Ashland University in Ohio from 2017-2020. In the 2017-18 season, the Eagles where the NCAA Division II National Champion Runner Up 2017, Hart was also apart of three Conference Tournament Champions and an NCAA Sweet 16 appearance. She played in 95 games and averaged 5.7 points, 4.5 rebounds, 2.5 assists in her career.

She is originally from Elgin, Minnesota and was apart of the Plainview-Elgin-Millville basketball team where she was rated No. 10 in state of Minnesota by NorthStar Girls Hoops for the Class of 2016 and was a Minnesota Miss Basketball nominee. She earned all-conference honors four times and is the the program's all-time leading scorer. She helped the program to its first-ever Minnesota Class AA title as a senior and was named Class AA Third Team All-State.
