Ella Olson enters her fourth season as an assistant on the women’s basketball staff in 2019-20.
Olson played at the University of Minnesota-Duluth from 2007-11 and was named an All-NSIC Scholar-Athlete. The Roberts, Wisconsin native received her undergraduate degree in Elementary Education in 2011 and her Master’s in Education from UMD in 2013.
She was a grad assistant for the Bulldogs from 2011-13 where some of her duties were recruiting, scouting reports, player development and game preparations. She then became the second assistant at Bemidji State University for the 2013-14 season.
In 2015-16 she was the head Junior Varsity Girls Coach and Assistant Varsity Coach at Marshall School.
