Joe Hennessy begins his 11th season as an assistant for the men’s basketball program in 2013-14. The Wellsville, N.Y., native previously spent one season as the program's Student Assistant giving him a total of 10 seasons with St. Scholastica basketball, all with Coach Staniger.
Hennessy assists in all phases of the basketball program. He works primarily with the perimeter players and is in charge of the defense. In the past, Hennessy has also served as the junior varsity head coach. Off the court, he arranges team travel and coordinates the Saints' national recruiting efforts.
