Broke the school record in the 5,000-meter run at the Bolstorff Twilight (15:46.59 seconds) … Broke outdoor program record in the 3,000-meter run at the Twin Ports Triangular (9:16.59 seconds) … Set indoor program record in the 5,000-meter run at the UMAC Championships (16:21.07 seconds) … All-UMAC in cross country.

2009 (Sophomore)
Academic All-UMAC … Member of Distance Medley team that set school record at the Lake Superior Challenge (10:55.00 seconds).
