Indoor: Season-best time of 30.43 in the 200m dash at the Warren Bowlus Open ... Ran a season-best time of 3:13.84 at the MIAC Championships. Outdoor: Member of runner-up 4x400m relay at the Hamline Invitational. 

2021 (Junior)
Outdoor All-UMAC … Academic All-UMAC … Outdoor: Member of the conference champion 4x400m relay team … Conference runner-up in the 800m run and part of the 4x800m relay team … Placed third in the 1500m at the Bulldog Invite … Made the Dean’s List second semester.
 
2020 (Sophomore) – Indoor Only (COVID)
All-UMAC … Academic All-UMAC in track & field and cross country … Member of conference champion Distance Medley Relay team … Placed third in the 800m run at the Lake Superior Challenge … Recorded a season-best time of 2:33.35 in the 800m run at the UMAC Championships.
