Indoor: Runner-up in the 800m at the Maday Classic ... Season-best time of 4:24.70 to finish third in the mile at the Mark Miller Invite ... Ran a season-best time of 2:35.71 in the 1000m at the MIAC Indoor Championships. Outdoor: Ran a season-best time of 2:00.07 in the 800m at the Hamline Invitational ... Made the Dean's List second semester. 

2021 (Junior)
Academic All-UMAC. Indoor: Placed fourth in the mile run at the UMAC Championships. Outdoor: Finished fourth in the 800m run at the Pioneer Open.
 
2020 (Sophomore) – Indoor Only (COVID)
Won the 800m run at the Cobber Open … Placed third in the 5000m run at the UMAC Championships with a season-best time of 16:41.77 … Second Team All-UMAC in cross country.
 
Minnesota Duluth
Won the 5000m run at the Bulldog Open … Finished 2^nd in the 3000m steeplechase at the Meet of the UnSaintly … Also competed in cross country.
 
Duluth East
State participant in cross country, skiing and track & field … Section champion in track & field … Competed in the Hamline Elite track & field meet … Made the Merit Roll.
