What You Need to Know about the Saints:
-The lost their shot at the postseason with a heartbreaking defeat at the hands of University of Northwestern (Minn.) on Saturday.
-The Saints led the whole game except for the last .6 seconds when Brooklyn Dekam beat the buzzer to clinch the Eagles spot in the playoffs.
-The Saints were led by senior
Michala Walther (Roseville, Minn./Concordia Academy) and sophomore
Kaylee Kennedy (Littlefork, Minn./Littlefork-Big Falls HS) who each had 20 points.
-The last time multiple Saints scored at least 20 points in a game was at Northland in the 2016-17 season. Walther was one of the two that night as well.
-Walther needs 20 more points to become the eighth player to reach 1,100 for her career.
-Walther has scored in double-figures in nine straight games.
-Senior
Danielle Cieluch (Duluth, Minn./Duluth East HS) added four more blocks to her dominating season total of 64 blocks to lead the UMAC
-Cieluch also is third in the UMAC with 8.0 rebounds per game.
-Cieluch is one point shy and 12 rebounds short of reaching 500 in each for her career.
-Kennedy leads the team in scoring, averaging 13.9 points per game.
-Kennedy's 82.0 free throw percentage leads the team and is second in the conference.
-The Saints are 3-6 on the road this season.

Overall Record: 5-15, 2-12 UMAC
-The Jills come into Wednesday with a five-game losing streak.
-The Jills failed to score more than 55 in four of those five games.
-Northland is near the bottom of the league of opponent shooting percentage, as opponents are shooting at a 42.5 percent clip against them this season.
-They're also eighth in the league shooting 62.9 percent at the free throw line.
-Taylor Katherine leads the team with 9.0 points-per-game.
-She also leads the team with 51 total assists, 2.6 per game
-Sarah Houle leads the team averaging 5.5 rebounds per game.
-The Jills are 3-6 at home this season
