Easton Foss (Pine City, Minn./Pine City HS) put together his second All-Region performance of his career on Saturday at the NCAA Division III Central Region Championships to lead the St. Scholastica men's cross country team to a 14
th place finish.

How CSS Finished
Coming off of his narrow individual conference title two weeks ago, Foss was looking for back-to-back all-region honors after not competing last season. Foss led the Saints on Saturday with a time of 26:14 to place 23
rd overall. He will hope that the Central Region can get three at-large teams selected. If five teams from the Region are selected for Nationals, Foss would qualify as the seventh individual runner from the region.
Junior
Isaac Boedigheimer (Cloquet, Minn./Cloquet HS) came up short in his bid to become the first Saint to capture three straight all-region honors as he placed 49
th overall with a time of 26:43. First-year runner
Lars Dewall (Lakeland, Minn./Stillwater HS) was next in 57
th place posting a time of 26:51.
Nick Matelich (Bozeman, Mont./Bozeman HS (Montana State)) posted a top-100 finish, coming in 90
th with a time of 27:38. Junior
Ryan Steger (Eagan, Minn./Eagan HS) was the final Saint to score in 116
th with a time of 28:10.
Sophomore
Jonathan Laughlin (Duluth, Minn./Duluth East HS (Minnesota Duluth)) was 137
th in a time of 28:35 and junior
Bjorn Larson (Duluth, Minn./Duluth East HS (Colorado State)) finished in a time of 28:57, which was 150
th overall.
NCAA Announcement
The NCAA will announce the participants for next Saturday's NCAA Division III Championships in Louisville, Kentucky on NCAA.com tomorrow (Sunday).
End of Season
The Saints conclude a strong campaign which saw their 10
th Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) Championship. CSS will say goodbye to four seniors.
