csssaints.com) – The St. Scholastica women's basketball team will remain away from Duluth this week to take on Finlandia University (Mich.) on Wednesday in non-conference play and then face Crown College in conference action on Saturday.

-CSS is coming off a loss at the University of Northwestern (Minn.) on Saturday.

Danielle Cieluch (Duluth, Minn./Duluth East HS) grabbed a season-high 16 rebounds in the win, which was also one shy of the single-game program record.
-Cieluch is seven rebounds shy of 400 for her career.
-Cieluch ranks third in the conference, averaging 1.75 blocked shots per game.
-Freshman
Emma Schmidt (Alexandria, Minn./Alexandria HS) averaged 14.0 points per game in two games last week after scoring a total of 17 points in the first 10 games.
-Leading scorer sophomore
Kaylee Kennedy (Littlefork, Minn./Littlefork-Big Falls HS) has been held below her average (14.3) the last two games.
-Kennedy remains third in the conference, making 54 percent of her field goal attempts.
-All 12 games this season have been decided by double-figures.

Overall Record: 2-14
-After dropping its first 14 games this season, Finlandia has won two straight over Great Lake Christian and Silver Lake College.
-Both of those wins came at home.
-Mariah Austin leads the team in scoring at 14.8 points per game and in rebounding at 9.5 per game.
