BLOOMINGTON, Minn. (csssaints.com) – In its first 8km race of the 2018 season, the St. Scholastica men's cross country team placed 13th out of 23 teams on a hot and humid Saturday at the Augsburg University Invite at the Hyland Green Golf Course.

Top Performances
Sophomore Isaac Boedigheimer (Cloquet, Minn./Cloquet HS) led the way again with a 46th place finish in a time of 29:14. Sophomore Ryan Steger (Eagan, Minn./Eagan HS) was the next Saint to cross the line in 96th with a time of 30:28.
 
Freshman Donny Pooler (Solon Springs, Wis./Northwestern HS) crossed the finish line in a time of 30:52 to place 119th overall. Another freshman Max Botz (St. Cloud, Minn./St. Cloud Apollo HS) was 160th with a time of 31:39. The final Saint to score was sophomore Tamer Mische-Richter (Bloomington, Minn./John F. Kennedy HS) in 163rd with a time of 31:42.
