csssaints.com) – The St. Scholastica men's cross country team ran to a third place finish on Saturday to open the 2017 season at the Tom Barry Invitational, hosted by St. Norbert College (Wis.).

Top Performances
Junior
Easton Foss (Pine City, Minn./Pine City HS) paced the Saints on Saturday with a fourth place finish, posting a time of 21:20. That time was 37 seconds faster than his time last year at this event.
Sophomore
Cameron Pearson (Park Falls, Wis./Chequamegon HS) came home in eighth place with a time of 21:35. His time was 12 seconds quicker than last year. Freshman
Isaac Boedigheimer (Cloquet, Minn./Cloquet HS) was 10
th with the same time as Pearson. St. Scholastica was the only school to have three runners place in the top 10.
Freshman
Ryan Steger (Eagan, Minn./Eagan HS) finished in a time of 22:39, which was good enough for 32
nd place. The final Saint to score was fellow freshman
Tamer Mische-Richter (Bloomington, Minn./John F. Kennedy HS), who was 35
th with a time of 22:51.
Sophomore
Izaak Juenemann (Eyota, Minn./Dover-Eyota HS) and freshman
McEwan Rodefeld (Blaine, Minn./Irondale HS) also placed in the top 50 for the Saints.
