DULUTH, Minn. (csssaints.com) – The St. Scholastica women's basketball team will take its six-game winning streak to Bethany Lutheran College and Martin Luther College this weekend.

Kelsey Sorenson-Giffrow (Braham, Minn./Braham HS (Minn. Duluth)) leads the Saints in scoring at 11.5 points per game.
Mariah Hovick (Prior Lake, Minn./Prior Lake HS) is right behind her with 10.6 points per game.
- Sorenson also leads the UMAC in 3-point percentage as she makes 44.3 percent outside the arc. She is followed by
Elena Huber (Northfield, Minn./Northfield HS) in second with 40.3 percent. Sorenson is sixth in NCAA Division III, making 91 percent of her free throw attempts.

Erin Frase (Phillips, Wis./Phillips HS (UW-River Falls)) is third the UMAC in field goal percentage at 47 percent and is followed by Hovick in fourth at 45.7 percent.
- The Saints lead the conference making 47 percent of their field goal attempts in league games. The Saints also lead the UMAC in opponents points per game and opponents' 3-point percentage. Opponents score 58 points on average and make 24.8 percent outside the arc.

Bethany Lutheran College Vikings

- The Vikings took home an 82-58 loss Tuesday night to the Martin Luther Knights and are hoping to break their two-game losing streak.
- The Vikings struggled with turnovers against Martin Luther and ended the game with 21.
- Jade Pelzl is the leading scorer for the Vikings and is second in the UMAC with 15.4 points per game.
- Right behind her would be Kasslin Swenson scoring 13.7 points per game and Angie Scheffler with 10 points.
- Swenson also averages a double-double as she leads the UMAC in rebounds per game with 10.9.
- Bethany Lutheran leads the UMAC in 3-point percentage at 37.6 percent.

- The Knights are hoping to continue their two-game winning streak after ending with a 97-57 win vs Crown College last Saturday and their 82-58 win against Bethany Lutheran on Tuesday.
- Martin Luther was very effective outside the arc in their game against Bethany Lutheran and ended the night making eight out of 13 attempts.
- Hannah Hackbarth leads the Knights with 10.9 points per game followed by Alex Anthon and Rebecca Engelbrecht with 10.4 and 10.0 apiece.
- Engelbrecht also chips in 8.2 rebounds per game.
- Martin Luther leads the conference in offensive rebounds per game with 19.4.
