PREVIEW: Women's Hockey Treks to Lake Forest this Weekend

DULUTH, Minn. (csssaints.com) – The St. Scholastica women's hockey team travels to Lake Forest College (Ill.) for a pair of games this Friday and Saturday against the defending Northern Collegiate Hockey Association (NCHA) regular season and tournament champions.

National Rankings: Nina Waidacher (Arosa, Switzerland/Wirtschaftschule KV Chur (ZSC Lions/Swiss U18 National)) is fifth in the nation in points per game (2.17) and is tied for fifth with Sierra Hanowski (Warroad, Minn./Warroad HS) in goals per contest (1.17) ... Alex Blair (Drake, Saskatchewan/Lanigan Central HS) is seventh in NCAA Division III among defenseman with 1.17 points per game.
 
Series History: Last year in the first meet-up with Lake Forest, the two teams tied the Friday night game at six goals a piece ...
