DULUTH, Minn. (csssaints.com) – After finishing the 2012 calendar year with a series sweep of then 10th-ranked UW-Stevens Point, the St. Scholastica women's hockey team gets back to action this weekend when it goes out of conference to face St. Olaf College and St. Catherine University.

Freshman and Duluth Denfeld grad Nikki Logergren (Duluth, Minn./Duluth Denfeld HS (Northern Stars)) is tied for second in the country with four power-play goals.

Sophomore Alex Blair (Drake, Saskatchewan/Lanigan Central HS) is tied for third in the nation, averaging a point per game from her defenseman position.

The Saints fifth in scoring (4.20 goals/game) in Division III and are tied for seventh on the power-play (24.5 conversion percentage).

Goaltender Teraysa White (Belgrade, Maine/Brewster Academy (New England College)) has made 231 saves this season and has a .899 saves percentage.
About the Oles

St. Olaf finished the first half of the season winners of three of its final four games, including a series sweep of Saint Mary's to wrap up play.

The Oles are 1-2 vs. the NCHA this season with a series split with UW-Stevens Point to open the season and a 6-1 loss to UW-River Falls.

The Oles also were 1-0-1 against Hamline, a team the Saints tied earlier this year.
