DULUTH, Minn. (csssaints.com) – The St. Scholastica women's hockey program will be looking to continue its high offensive scoring output from last weekend as they travel to De Pere, Wis. to play St. Norbert College in a weekend series.

The Saints have started their third ever season of competition with a win and a tie last weekend vs. Concordia Wisconsin.

After a 4-4 tie on Friday night, the Saints put on an offensive showing in an 8-1 victory with eight different players netting goals.

Alex Blair (Drake, Saskatchewan/Lanigan Central HS) and Brenna Flatley (Minnetonka, Minn./Minnetonka HS) both scored two goals and registered two assists in the weekend series.

The Green Knights opened up the season two weeks ago with a 6-3 win over Saint Mary's and a 1-1 tie against Concordia-Moorhead the next day.

Henriette Osgaard is leading the team with two goals and two assists coming in those two games and was named the NCHA Player of the Week for her efforts.

Laurel Hill and Ali Parker both scored one goal and registered an assist in the two games for two points.

Kaley Gibson started both games in goal for SNC and has a 1.91 goals-against-average.
