DULUTH, Minn. – The St. Scholastica football team will have its home opener on Saturday when it takes on the University of Minnesota-Morris at Malosky Stadium. The Saints (2-0, 1-0 UMAC) are coming off a 30-26 victory at Greenville College (Ill.) last Saturday, handing the Panthers their first Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) loss since joining the league as an associate member in 2009. The Cougars (2-1, 2-0 UMAC) are coming off a 42-20 defeat by Wisconsin Lutheran last weekend, but are unbeaten in conference play.
The Saints will enter Saturday's game with longest winning streak of any Minnesota college football team at six games. CSS is 5-2 all-time when they play at Malosky Stadium. The kickoff is scheduled for 4 p.m. and can be seen live on
