DULUTH, Minn. – The St. Scholastica football team will honor its 18 seniors this Saturday when it faces Martin Luther College at Public Schools Stadium.
With a victory over the Knights, the Saints (8-0, 7-0 UMAC) can clinch the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) championship outright. CSS has already clinched the league's automatic qualifier into the NCAA Playoffs by owning tiebreakers over the two loss teams.
The Knights (2-7, 2-6 UMAC) are undefeated against the Saints in four previous meetings and are the only conference team CSS has yet to beat. Martin Luther is coming off its second win of the season at Dome Day on Friday with a 45-22 triumph over MacMurray.
