DULUTH, Minn. – The St. Scholastica men's cross country team placed fourth out of seven teams on Saturday at the Campus Quest 7 Invite, hosted by the University of Minnesota-Duluth.

The Saints earned 97 points on the day. The host, Bulldogs, won the event with 34 points. The UMD Alumni team was second with 47 points. Lakehead University was third with 78 points. Following the Saints was the University of Wisconsin-Superior in fifth place with 125 points.

#Nick Mangan# led the way by placing sixth overall with a time of 27:31.1 seconds. #Tony Bye# was the next Saint to finish with a time of 29:23.7 seconds, which was good enough for 28th place.

Three Saints then finished 36th, 37th, and 38th respectively. #Ben Carlson# was 36th with a time of 29:52.8 seconds. #Jimmy Linn# placed 37th, five seconds behind Carlson. #Pat Bigaouette# was 38th with a time of 30:12.5 seconds.

The Saints have off next weekend and will compete next in two weeks at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities Griak Invitational. The race will begin at 12:20 p.m.
