WAVERLY, Iowa – The St. Scholastica men's cross country team finished 21st at the Dan Huston (Pre-Nationals) Invite at Wartburg College on Saturday afternoon.
Senior #Nick Mangan# paced the Saints with a 12th place finish at 26:22.
Sophomore #Charlie Haberman# and freshman #Wes Stubbs# ran 29:24 and 29:31, respectively.
Other top finishers for the Saints include junior #Jim Linn#, who ran 30:07 and sophomore #Ben Carlson# with a time of 30:20.
The Saints finished with 568 places in a field of 24 teams and nearly 300 runners.
The Saints will compete at two different meets next Saturday. A select group of runners will take part in the Brooks Invitational, hosted by the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, while the rest of the team will race at the Crown College Invitational.
