MEN’S CROSS COUNTRY PLACES SEVENTH AT CROWN

ST.BONIFACIUS, Minn. – Members of the St. Scholastica men's cross country team that were not competing at Oshkosh, took part in the Crown College Invitational and finished seventh out 10 teams on Saturday.

#Charlie Haberman# paced the Saints, placing 18th overall in a personal-best time of 28:55 seconds. #John Hunn# was 28th, running a time of 29:16 seconds.

The next five Saints ran personal-best times. #Ethan Schubert# was 29th overall, posting a time of 29:17 seconds. #Andrew Zyla# was 31st in 29:21 seconds. #Adam Kollman# finished in 29:30 seconds, which was 36th overall. #Matt Quanrud# finished 39th in 29:36 seconds and #Max Abrahamson# was 41st with a time of 29:43 seconds.

As a team, the Saints had 10 personal records and one season-best time on the day.

The Saints will have next weekend off and will compete next at the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) Championships on Saturday, October 30th in Ashland, Wis.
