Lily Beneke of track & field is your Saints Female Performer of the Week as she finished first in the hammer throw and broke the facility and meet record with a toss of 56.20m (184-04ft) at the Minnesota State Open (Mankato) on 4/13. Beneke jumped up 15 spots and now has the 4th best mark in D-III this season. Her new season-best throw remains first in the MIAC.
