Lily Beneke of track & field is this week's Saints Female Performer of the Week. Beneke won the weight throw competition at the Lake Superior Challenge on 2/3 and had a new personal best throw of 16.85m (55' 3.5") which now ranks first in the MIAC performance list and 15th in the nation.
