Trent Beseth of track & field is this week's Saints Male Performer of the Week. Beseth continues to break his personal bests each week. At the Lake Superior Challenge on 2/3, Beseth had two first-place finishes. He broke his school shot put record with a toss of 16.51m (54'2"). In the weight throw, Beseth had a winning huck of 16.77m (55'.025"). Beseth ranks first in the conference in both events and in the nation, he is 12th in the shot put and 49th in the weight throw.
