Track & Field’s Calvin Boone is this week’s Toppers Pizza Male Performer of the Week. At the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse Qualifier on Wednesday night, Boone bested his own program record in the 1,500m by over five seconds and, in doing so, put himself in the NCAA Division III Championship field this week. Boone out-sprinted the competitors to win in a time of 3:47.65, which was the 19th-fastest in NCAA Division III this season. Boone will be the first Saint in program history to compete in the 1,500m at the NCAA Championships when the prelims take place on Thursday.
