Track & Field’s Lily Beneke is this week’s Toppers Pizza Female Performer of the Week. At The Opener on Saturday, sophomore Lily Beneke won her first career event in the weight throw with a personal-best toss of 48’1.75” (14.67m). That bettered her previous best throw in that event by 2.3 meters. That mark currently ranks second in the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC).
