For the fourth time this fall Cross Country’s Maj-Lis Helmer is this week’s Toppers Pizza Female Performer of the Week. Also at the NCAA Division III National Championships on Saturday, Helmer ran a personal-best time of 22:10 to place 69^th in the 293-runner field. That time is the fourth-best 6km time in the St. Scholastica women’s program’s history.
