Cross Country’s Calvin Boone is this week’s Toppers Pizza Male Performer of the Week. Boone recorded his first top-five finish in an 8k race of his career coming home fifth to lead the Saints at the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) Championships on Saturday. Boone’s time was 25:20, which was 30 seconds off the champion’s time. That is the closest he has been to a race winner in an 8k race this season. Boone earned All-MIAC honors for his performance Saturday.
