Cross Country’s Calvin is this week’s Toppers Pizza Male Performer of the Week. At Friday’s Jim Drews Invitational in La Crosse, Boone set a new 8k program record with a time of 25:11 to place 10^th in the 380 runner field. Boone beat the previous program record by eight seconds. He has set personal-best times in each of the last two races and was nearly 30 seconds faster than his time at the Blugold Invitational two weeks ago.
