Cross Country’s Maj-Lis Helmer is this week’s Toppers Pizza Female Performer of the Week. Helmer ran the seventh-fastest 6k time in program history (22:52) at Friday’s Blugold Invitational to finish sixth overall in the strong NCAA Division III field. Helmer is the first CSS women's runner to break the 23-minute mark since Casey Hovland in 2017.
