Nordic Skiing’s Emil Book Bratbak is this week’s Toppers Pizza Male Performer of the Week. Book Bratbak recorded a pair of First Team All-Region performances over the weekend at the NCAA Central Region Championships, placing third in Saturday’s 10km classic and then fifth in Sunday’s 20km freestyle. That gave him five top-five finishes in six career region championship races.
