This week’s Toppers Pizza Senior Male Performer of the Week is Baseball’s Daniel Dietz. Dietz transferred to St. Scholastica from Anoka-Ramsey in 2018 … He appeared in three games for CSS in 2019, which included a four-strikeout performance in 1.2 innings of relief to earn the win at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. In that game, Dietz struck out the side in the bottom of the ninth after the Saints took the lead in the top half of the inning.
 
He made one appearance this spring, pitching two hitless innings in the season finale against Benedictine University (Ill.).
