This week’s Toppers Pizza Senior Female Performer of the Week is Softball’s Toni Bishop. Bishop started 106 games in her four seasons as a Saint with a majority of those starts at the catcher position. In her first season, Bishop was named the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) Rookie of the Year, as well as, an Honorable Mention All-UMAC choice. That year, Bishop reached base in a team-high 16 straight games at one point.

Bishop then earned Honorable Mention All-UMAC accolades as a sophomore despite missing half of the season due to injury. Bishop was a two-time Academic All-UMAC selection and was named a Scholar-Athlete by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) in 2019.
