Men's Nordic Skiing's Paul Schommer is this week's Male Performer of the Week. At last week's NCAA Skiing Championships, Schommer led teammate Jeremy Hecker in both the 10km freestyle race and 20km classic race. Schommer placed 15th in the freestyle race, tying a program-best finish at the NCAA Championships. He then placed 18th in the classic race. The Saints placed 18th as a team at nationals, a program best. In just the men's Nordic events, they were ninth out of 17 and the top team with two skiers competing.
