Nick was promoted to Head Athletic Trainer in 2023, he has been an Athletic Trainer for The College of St. Scholastica since 2016. Nick graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a Master of Science in Sports Administration in 2015, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Athletic Training in 2013 at The University of Minnesota of Duluth. Nick in dry needling trained, and Sound Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization certified. He is a member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association, Great Lakes Athletic Trainers' Association and Minnesota Athletic Trainers' Association.

Sarah Hodel, MS, LAT, ATC
Certified Athletic Trainer
Assigned Sports: Volleyball, Men's & Women's Cross Country, Women's Hockey, Men's & Women's Nordic Skiing, and Men's & Women's Indoor/Outdoor Track & Field.
Sarah was hired as an Athletic Trainer at The College of St. Scholastica in the summer of 2020. Sarah graduated from The College of St. Scholastica with a Masters of Science in Athletic Training in 2015 and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology in 2013. She also competed in her time as a student on the cross country and nordic ski teams. Sarah is certified in Intricate Art Dry Needling 1 and Graston Technique M1 treatment methods. She is a member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association, Great Lakes Athletic Trainers' Association, and Minnesota Athletic Trainers' Association.

Kiara Marksman - ATC, LAT, CES
Certified Athletic Trainer

Kiara was hired as an athletic trainer at the College of St. Scholastica in the fall of 2023. Prior to coming to St. Scholastica, she worked at the University of Minnesota Duluth as well as Life Chiropractic University in Marietta, Georgia. Marksman is a member of the National Athletic Trainer's Association, is a certified Corrective Exercise Specialist and is certified in Dry Needling and Graston M1 technique. A native from Kiel, Wisconsin, she earned her Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training and Spanish in 2021 from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.

Student Health Services - Whether you have the common cold or you'd like to be examined by a nurse practitioner, come by Student Health Service. SHS will evaluate your condition and send you on your way with the information and supplies you need to be the healthiest version of yourself!
Counseling Services - Professional clinicians assist students in addressing the feelings and stressors of college life and other important personal concerns.
