BEMIDJI, Minn. (csssaints.com) – Members of the St. Scholastica men's and women's track & field teams took part in the Bemidji State University Twilight on Friday night.
 
Top Women Performances
Hannah Russert (Caledonia, Minn./Caledonia HS ) won the high jump, clearing 4'11" (1.50m). Rachel Hudacek (Ironwood, Mich./Luther L. Wright HS) was second in that event, clearing a season-best height of 4'9" (1.45m). Russert was also runner-up in the 60m hurdles with a time of 9.35, her second-fastest time in that event this season.
 
Anika Kling (Hudson, Wis./Hudson HS) was third in the long jump with a season-best mark of 15'6" (4.72m). Breanna Shofner (International Falls, Minn./Falls HS) was fourth in the 400m dash, finishing in 1:01.61. 
 
Top Men Performances
Adam Wallenta (Eagan, Minn./Farmington HS) finished first in the 1000m run with a time of 2:51.96.
 
Frank Cerar (Plainview, Minn./Plainview-Elgin-Millville HS) was runner-up in the high jump, clearing 5'7" (1.70m). He was also third in the 60m hurdles with a time of 9.37.
 
Ben Fern (Sartell, Minn./Sartell HS) was third in the 200m dash, finishing in 24.57. Evan White (Bemidji, Minn./Bemidji HS) placed fourth in the 400m dash with a time of 54.29, which was the fastest time by a Saint in that event this season.

The Saints will host the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) Indoor Championships next weekend with events beginning on Friday night and continuing into Saturday.
